It is a link to a book in a digital library. Maybe you need google to access it It is a railroad encyclopedia with all kinds of knowledge of railroad stuff. Lots of pictures of doodads and gizmos. Written about 1921, so a lot of stuff is archaic but if you are doing 1950 you would find 30 year old stuff on the railroad. Sorry it did not open for you.
