The Ztrack Resale Shop is preparing to go online. What is the Ztrack Resale Shop? This section of Ztrack Center will be dedicated to the resale of new and used Z scale equipment. Over the years, Ztrack has acquired collections and we have been looking for a way to offer these to the Z community. The Ztrack Resale Shop will bring these items to the Z community through easy online ordering.
The Ztrack Resale Shop will also be offering commission based sales for Z scalers wanting to sell their collections, but not go through the hassle of attempting to sell the items themselves. If you are interested in this service, please contact Ztrack for more information.
In preparation for launching the site, we are offering the Z community the first opportunity to purchase these items to be listed on the site. Ztrack has brought in a Z scale collection that has over 150 items. This collection is all Marklin. The collection is truly new in boxes. As part of full disclosure, the locomotives in this collection are new in box and appear never to have been run. But, likely all are suffering from hardened oil syndrome. Ztrack has initiated Ztrack Locomotive Works to solve this issue. We will be offering these locomotives ‘as is’ for those who can clean and re-oil their own locomotives. For those wanting the service professionally done, Ztrack Locomotive Works will clean and service these locomotives. For a fee of $58.00 per locomotive, these will be taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, degreased, inspected, re-oiled, and tested.
