2-4 1:37:52 rvn2001 Can't see it.
2-4 1:35:17 TheWag Lotsa fun at last week's show. Might need to start reserving some times to get movement on my stuff. https://www.facebook.com/thewag/posts/pfbid02eZPhjYLWASwhBx62xhavVkC6vFJnCPA7GDyhz8Sti1RpVLGkZz6gwNUFm2WKK5aEl
2-4 1:35:09 soccrdad30 bridges are tough
2-4 1:33:49 rvn2001 The "bridge" piece I mad to go between the crossover modules is not adjustable.
2-4 1:31:50 soccrdad30 hello Ben
2-4 1:31:35 GNFan Hi, Ben.
2-4 1:31:35 ejshelton Hi Ben
2-4 1:31:25 rvn2001 Hi Ben.
2-4 1:31:03 TheWag heya
2-4 1:28:59 rvn2001 That would make sense.
2-4 1:27:48 soccrdad30 and there are some that they both have
2-4 1:27:27 soccrdad30 yes
2-4 1:26:14 rvn2001 I suspect that they both have decals that the other one doesn't have?
2-4 1:24:45 soccrdad30 but their decals will only do 1 or 2 cars/locos where K4 decals will do upto 4 cars/locos
2-4 1:23:50 soccrdad30 a nice selection of RR's
2-4 1:23:11 rvn2001 They even have T scale decals.
2-4 1:20:40 soccrdad30 here... «link»
2-4 1:20:11 rvn2001 That will be good for people without their own ALPS printer.
2-4 1:19:47 soccrdad30 the list is somewhat extensive
2-4 1:19:39 rvn2001 No John, I did not.
2-4 1:19:20 soccrdad30 Thom, did you see CMR now carries Z scale train decals?
2-4 1:18:40 GNFan Got it. Thanks, guyz.
2-4 1:18:29 rvn2001 CMR has the power holes too.
2-4 1:18:13 soccrdad30 CMR has options for deeper modules
2-4 1:17:59 rvn2001 Both of those manufacturers modules connect and operate well together.
2-4 1:17:28 soccrdad30 Denniston also has holes for where the power connections could be
2-4 1:16:25 rvn2001 The different manufacturer's modules all have the same dimensions. Denniston uses thicker wood and wood blocks to hold the legs. It also come pre-assembled. CMR uses thinner wood and a flat piece of wood that slides into slots on the frame to hold the legs.
2-4 1:16:18 soccrdad30 Denniston's modules are pre-assembled
2-4 1:15:52 soccrdad30 CMR has more module options, and hardware options
2-4 1:15:10 soccrdad30 Mike, they both are quality products, but vary in different ways
2-4 1:14:13 GNFan I figured, John. I just could't resist the play on words. :-)
2-4 1:13:31 soccrdad30 oops, variation of their production of the modules
2-4 1:13:12 soccrdad30 no deviation in standards, just a standard in their production of the modules
2-4 1:12:50 GNFan yet they
2-4 1:12:32 GNFan The modules follow a standard, yet the "have their own unique qualities"? Does that suggest there's a "standard deviation"? ;-)
2-4 1:12:19 soccrdad30 plus some screws too!
2-4 1:12:00 soccrdad30 I have a module from Denniston and several from CMR
2-4 1:11:48 rvn2001 I prefer the modules from CMR. They're lighter and have the markings and holes for the track in them already.
2-4 1:10:42 soccrdad30 all the module makers seems to have their own unique qualities
2-4 1:09:56 rvn2001 The T-rail-Z modules are my homemade modules.
2-4 1:09:21 rvn2001 The newest module is from CMR. The older module is from Denniston.
2-4 1:08:46 soccrdad30 are those modules your homemade modules?
2-4 1:08:06 rvn2001 Thank you.
2-4 1:07:48 soccrdad30 they look very nice! I like it!
2-4 1:07:16 rvn2001 No, the crossover modules are in the small TTZ layout thatI have on the Kitchen countertop but I'm not using the crossover feature.
2-4 1:06:52 soccrdad30 I would agree, too bad Rokuhan does not have a module for that operations
2-4 1:06:20 rvn2001 It's a little difficult to keep things from crashing. I was just running locos on it.
2-4 1:06:07 soccrdad30 are you running the crossover tonight?
2-4 1:05:41 soccrdad30 Thom, I do like your newer photos, the crossover looks great!
