Description
I took Thom's suggestion to use a blue foam board as a base but I started with white and sprayed a nice looking blue on it. Piers are glued on base and bridge sits on the five piers. Need to add some weathering touches to the cement pads and start adding some details. I added a BN loco and boxcar to the photos.
