Improved CAT D-8

Description
This is the new and improved CAT D-8 kit. It’s an early 1970’s no ROPS version with a turbocharged straight 6 engine that put out about 300 hp. Its operating weight was about 35 tons. This was a huge beast back in the early 1970’s, only second to the CAT D-9 (operating weight of about 47 tons) for a single engine dozer. This new kit has a lot more engine detail, track linkage detail and track frame detail. I’ll be posting this on my Shapeways store soon.
